This would suit if you are:

• Working away/late and cannot get home during the day.
• You would like to go to an all day event, a trip to London perhaps, or have an appointment at the hospital, or a visit to relatives.
• If you are unwell and unable to leave the home or bend down to use poop bags!.
• If you have a newborn baby and priorities have changed so your dog does not receive the exercise he/she needs.
• The weather is just too awful to venture out.

Only 24 hours notice is required if you are already registered, so the worry of what to do with your faithful friend at short notice is alleviated.

This will include:

Controlled walk, ie, your dog will not be let off the lead until you are happy for me to do so.
If you wish I will take your dog out on its own, or I will take he/she out with a maximum of 2 other dogs-depending on size.
The walk can be of your choice to keep the dog on familiar territory (depending on distance), or I will take he/she on my local walks – perhaps in the summer a walk along the beach.
I will rub down your dog if necessary before returning to your home to remove any excess mud/water.
I will make sure there is fresh water and give any treats you may wish he/she to have.
I will always make sure your dog is happy and give a lot of praise before I leave.

CAT/DOG FEEDING

This would suit if you are:

• Working late
• Going out and wish to stay away overnight
• Going on holiday
• Have an illness and need some help with your pet(s)

This will include:

Up to a half hour visit (minimum 20 mins).
Clean food and water bowls, refill as requsted.
Dogs – let out into the garden and play.
Cats - change litter tray if required, and play – if they agree!

SMALL ANIMAL FEEDING/BOARDING

Feeding once a day in your own home £6.50 per day Boarding £4 per day, if less than 3 days charge will be £5 Caged Birds £4 per day per cage

This would suit if you are:

• Going on holiday
• Have to go to hospital for a short period of time.
• Visiting relatives for a few days.

This will include:

For feeding option - Up to a 15 minute visit (minimum of 10 mins).
Clean food and water bowls, refill as requested.
Change straw, bedding as required.
Caged birds – change grit or sand sheets as required.
If approved, handle and stroke and make sure your pet is happy.

PUPPY/KITTEN SITTING

Visit for up to 1hr £16 (I would do this for free but my accountant would not allow it!)

This would suit if you :

• Have a litter of puppies/kittens that are still reliant on you for regular feeds, and you need a break for shopping, an appointment, perhaps a vet appointment, commitments/errands with children.

This will include:

Feeding the puppies/kittens.
Cleaning their pen, relaying newspapers, refilling water bowls.
Lots of play for the youngsters and some tlc for mum.

DOG BOARDING

This is a service I would offer subject certain conditions, mainly due to the fact that I have cats.
I would be happy to board 1 large dog at any one time, or 2 small ones as long as they were used to cats or of a temperament which would be suitable.
My cats are very friendly towards my own 2 retrievers – and they rule the roost, if they are not amused they will disappear and stay away, so the problem would be minimal with a house guest, but dogs will be dogs!
They would be treated as well as my own dogs and would have the run of the house and our large enclosed garden.
I would be happy to adhere to any requests and would try to keep to their routine.
The boarding cost would not include their main meal, but will include treats (if allowed), brushing and of course exercise whether in the form of walks or, if they are in their ‘autumn years’ -freedom to roam in the garden as they please.
I would be happy to collect your dog if you are going on holiday and have an early start so you don’t have to be without your dog prior to leaving, and if requested can return your dog to your home, again if you return late in the evening (additional charge).
I would insist that you come to visit my home to make sure it is suitable for your pet and YOU are happy.

DOG DAY SITTING

This would suit you if:

• You work and are unable to return until late.
• You are having building work/decorating.
• You have a children's party
• You are going out for the day
• You would prefer this service to a home visit.

This will include:

Spending the day with myself and my lovely dogs, Harley and Oliver.
Being taken for a walk as per your instructions.
Playtime in the garden.
A few treats if allowed.
Perhaps a little training session in the garden.

• Had no transport/unable to drive.
• Pet had an unfortunate accident and you were too upset to drive.
• Work commitments.

N.B All visits to your home include, taking in the post, papers. Watering house or outdoor plants, taking out and bringing in the dustbins/bags.
